Shipping Policy

All Collections will be shipped via UPS Ground and will be insured for their retail value. Any expedited shipping can be requested, however, customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

120-Day Return Policy!

The very liberal return policy is primarily to give the buyer of this collection ample opportunity to decide if this is a product he or she will treasure for many years to come. In order to avoid any buyer's remorse, he or she will have a 120-day return policy.

In the event that the buyer decides to return "The Magic of 70 in '98 Forever," Kucenas News will pay the return postage. To guarantee a full refund, the collection must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with no parts missing. Otherwise, the return guarantee will be voided. Upon delivery, the buyer will be asked to full out a postcard to verify the condition of the collection. If the card is not returned upon delivery the 120-day return policy becomes void.

The return policy is only valid for the original buyer in the first 120-days. If the collection is sold or transferred before the 120-days, the return policy is voided.
